Dr. Neshat is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and is the founder of Nu Image Surgical & Dental Implant Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has pioneered several dental implant procedures in the Triangle, including the use of Zygoma implants and Teeth-in-an-Hour™. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. At UNC, he is able to share his knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques as well as mentoring the dental students. Dr. Neshat routinely lectures on the topic of Dental Implants while acting as the Director of Nu Image Advanced Dental Seminars, a leading educational module for dental professionals in North Carolina.

Dr. Addison was born in West Africa and has lived all over the world; Africa, Switzerland, Oklahoma, and Miami to name a few. He is board eligible and received his DDS from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and his MD from the University of Michigan Medical School. He was a Chief Resident Surgeon at the University of Michigan Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer at University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Addison is a huge basketball enthusiast and enjoys running, fishing, and traveling in his spare time. Every year Dr. Addison gives back to his home country of Africa by donating his dental tools/instruments, clothes, and shoes.

Dr. Petraszko grew up just miles away from the University of Michigan. That’s where she fell in love with college football and received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 as a James B. Angel Scholar. She also received her dental degree from the University of Michigan in May 2014. Upon graduation, she moved to Florida to begin oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. She earned her medical degree from University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Fl in May 2018. Dr. Petraszko enjoyed her time as a resident at the UF Health where she earned the Resident Teaching Award from the department. Her training was completed at a community hospital in downtown Jacksonville where she treated a large variety of complex patients. She believes in giving back to the community by participating with Ronald McDonald House, American Red Cross, and Give Kids a Smile programs. Dr. Petraszko looks forward to using her knowledge and surgical skills to continue to help those most in need.
Outside of work, Dr. Petraszko is an avid runner, biker and weightlifter and loves making new and creative healthy meals. She enjoys the outdoors from swimming in the ocean to hiking in the mountains with her husband Cody and their puppy, Riggs. Dr. Petraszko’s family grew larger this year with the addition of their son, Lincoln, who was born in April. Dr. Petraszko is loving her new role as a mother.

Dr. Jeff Luchetti was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top third of his class. Dr. Luchetti then completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, a prestigious level 1 trauma center in Chicago, Illinois, known for its comprehensive approach to oral and maxillofacial surgery. There, he received extensive training in anesthesia, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, bone reconstruction, and dental implant surgery, including full-arch techniques. Dr. Luchetti has contributed to the field through multiple publications and continues to participate in national and regional meetings to stay up to date with the everchanging field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys attending live music concerts, watching college football, and exploring new culinary experiences. He loves spending quality time with his wife, Hadleigh, and dog, Finnegan, as well as his parents, brothers, nieces and nephews – all of whom live in the area. He is especially excited to become a father in Fall 2024!
