We are focused on the health and safety of you amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Following the recommendation from the ADA (American Dental Association), Nu Image Surgical is now operating with additional increased measures to protect the patients we treat as well as our team members.
Safety has always been a top priority at Nu Image Surgical, but with COVID-19 it will be emphasized even more. Please be patient through our triage process; it is for the safety of everyone.
If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, fatigue, or shortness of breath we respectfully ask that you seek care from a medical provider or hospital.
As per our previous protocol, patients will be confirmed nightly for their upcoming appointments. When the patient arrives to our office on the day of their appointment, they will see a sign with a phone number to either text or call to let our staff know they are there. A clinical team member will meet the patient at the door with appropriate PPE to triage the patient and share information and documents with the patient. Once the triage is complete, the patient will be able to enter our office and approach the front desk for further instructions and then will be brought back into the clinical area for care.
Nu Image Surgical is asking all patients to wear a mask when interacting with our staff. Should you not have a mask, we can provide you with one should you need. For your safety and the safety of our team members, Nu Image Surgical will require all employees to wear masks upon arrival onto the premises.
